This product is a PCI Express bus-compliant C meter board capable of high-speed, high-precision measurement of capacitance (C) and loss coefficient (D). It features two channels of four-terminal measurement, allowing a single unit to incorporate the functionality of two benchtop measuring instruments into a Windows PC, contributing to the miniaturization and cost reduction of electronic component inspection systems. In recent years, the demand for multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) has increased against the backdrop of the proliferation of smart devices such as smartphones and the electrification of mobility, including automobiles. Additionally, these devices require miniaturization and extended battery life, leading to advancements in the miniaturization and high-capacity of MLCCs. The new product enables the measurement of capacitance (C) from 400pF to a maximum of 1400μF and energy loss coefficient (D), making it suitable for inspecting high-capacity MLCCs.
